For over a century, Jenkins Electric, in Charlotte, North Carolina, has earned a reputation as the motor shop other motor shops call for help.
The new head of marketing* at Jenkins wanted a multi-part manifesto, a chest-beating montage reflecting the company's commitment to quality and problem solving, one that could be distributed to customers as easily as it might appear on the shop floor, taped to the sides of toolboxes.
